One of my silkie chicks has been kinda picking fights. It will run up to my other 2 silkies or my bantam. It like does like a chest bump thing which then the other flap their wings and chirp loud. Is this normal. They're not even a month old yet.

It's very normal. The little booger is establishing dominance.
Where are you brooding them? How much space do they have?

I was am going to pop by and say yes it's normal I was literally just watching my sapphire gem 4 week old do it 5 minutes ago 😳 😑 🙃

Thank you, it weird all the stuff you learn. I am so glad I am on here
Me too, I'm having the same issue but mine aren't silkies. One is pretty definitely a cockerel (oegb) and he's been squaring up with my other chicks. Good to know it is play and I'll keep working with the cockerel so that he chills a bit. He's under eight weeks still but I've had cockerels that have started trying to crow at six.
