I'm thinking about getting ride of half the Americana's and just have all silkies. It will be easier to keep them separate. Maybe i can just raise silkies. Which I know I can keep them separate because the Americana's lay blue eggs, but I rather have a lot of silkies. They make great pets and lay good eggs. Before I hade couchins- miliedeuncle - rr- slikies- polish. They were fun. yesterday I had a big problem with my incubator and had to make a emergency one. I put a post about it on the incubator and hatching thread.

Well I need a bigger coop that's all. I am looking at an 8x8 coop but then ill need a bigger run...I just need to move out to the country.

Just convert your WHOLE yard into a coop.

That's what I was going to do at our last house before we sold it. It was fenced in with a five foot chain link fence about a acre. My wife said NO! LOL.

Send some pics. I know im about to build a brooder and new house for mine. Im going to try and get some slaps from the saw mill. The side pieces. Try and make mini log cabin. That's the idea if it happens are not don't know yet.

i took the egg box out I hated going in & out of there
