Today is day 27 on 3 of my embdens' eggs. I've been candling daily since it always seems like I end up having early pippers who get turned on day 25-26. So I candled earlier and it looks like one of them has pipped the air cell and another is pushing real good on it! I can't wait, I'm going through gosling withdrawals!

2 are definitely pipped into the air cell, no action on the other one yet. That will stink if the one gets so far and doesn't hatch

Yesterday I noticed (but forgot to post) that both of the eggs that were internally pipped had external pips!

I had a show to attend today, so I checked again when I got home. 1 of the goslings had apparently just hatched and the other was about halfway zipped!

So far no action on egg #3, I think it must have quit.

Hoping they're both girls so I can keep them, I have enough boys already!

I'm thinking they are a boy and a girl since one is a lot darker than the other. But I do have 1 toulouse gander out there, so the darker one could be mixed. Looks like I'll have to vent sex to be sure
