I love pumpkin cookies with chocolate chips!
Chocolate drop cookies (see below) and orange drop cookies are quite good too! I think they are from the Betty Crocker cookbook?

They are very light and fluffy. That's lemon icing on the top.


I am curious: do you all prefer soft cookies or crispy cookies?

Hmm...Pumpkin cookies with brown butter frosting are probably my favorite. Sometimes I'll throw in chocolate chips too.

For me, I like to make my cookies crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. Now chewy-soft, though. More tender... Extra points if it practically melts in the mouth. As you can see, I have strong thoughts for the perfect cookie in my opinion.

Crunchy, always crunchy. Coconut would be my choice. I do not like Oreos, though as a kid I ate them once I scraped that gross sweetened Crisco out of the middle.

When I was younger, I loved golden oreos, specifically the cookie part of it. I was never a fan of chocolate oreos. Once I had just chewed that gum that makes your mouth feel fresh and then I had an oreo and the whole day my mouth felt so nasty.
