Final thoughts before rehoming

Am fairly certain our “Sabrina” is a Sebastian, but would like to hear some other thoughts before rehoming. No crowing, but was caught today pulling feathers out of one of my pullets backs. (Also first out of the coop in the mornings if that means anything). Just recently starting showing off what looks like blue sickle feathers, and has slight white feathering in the hackle region. The comb is one large slightly raised black bump that runs halfway up its head.

I was unsure before, but I'm positive now. Sabrina is definitely a Sebastian. I see some tiny silvery male specific feathers on his saddle and that is what made the difference. He is beautiful but if you can't keep him then I would re-home ASAP.
