Final touches...chicks approve!

The big girls spent most of the day in their coop and run today. They learned to go up the ramp to the roost and love being up there looking out the window! Tomorrow we need ti finish scooping sand in the run and I think the big girls may spend tomorrow night there with the heat lamp.

Yes, it's sand. It's dark because it's still wet

I like the way you covered part of the run with tin. That's exactly what I plan to do, except my run roof won't be pitched quite as much.

OK...looked like tin. I've seen this material at Lowe's too. If it's cheaper, maybe I'll use it instead. Does the same thing.
