Final Verdict! Is this black silkie Roo or Hen?

I posted pictures a few weeks ago and the verdict was hen but I'm thinking this silkie looks like a Roo to me. And I thought I heard what was an attempt at a crow. Have you ever seen a female silkie with a comb and wattles like that? Please give me your verdicts! Does she stay or does he go? Thanks
