I accidentally killed one yesterday. It ran under a pot when I was setting it down. Crushed its head. I let the chickens have it because there was no hope. But otherwise I always save them. Rescued a frog the other day. Got to it before they saw it.

That's really sad, my chickens are just to dumb/slow to catch anything I guess, once my Hamburg caught a toad, it was dead by the time I got it away from her.
