That breed is very pretty, but it sounds as though they might be a bit of a “motley crew” having already offed one poor old rooster. I’m glad this one is still hanging in there.

This rooster was not taking any lip from the ladies, he had them whipped into shape on 2 days

They are pretty cool, and I love the way they cross with a RIR. Is there a name for that cross or are they just mutt chickens?
