Well, this has been years in the making...but I finally took the plunge and did it! Say Hello to our 6 new little chickies! We got three red stars and three black stars. They are affectionately know as: Potato, Georgia, Pearl, Chocolate Chip (Chip), Eleanor, and Miriam. I am beyond excited. They made it through the night and seem to be happy and healthy. I'm sure I'll be posting a lot of questions and photos in the coming days but I just wanted to introduce you all to our mini flock.
I'm so sad! I noticed it wasn't growing like the rest and she seamed a little weak yesterday but I didn't think she was dying. I wish I would have tried to hand feed her.
