Finally finished the UFO!

Lots underneath, but none on the top. Also wonder if it's truly waterproof.
Not saying it's not a very cool thing...just wondering about functionality.

This will be our first winter..... insulation panels went in last night on the lower deck. We open the coop up during the day both in the hatch and also the front door. There is also air flow through the very top of the UFO inside that pointy metal point. We are using deep litter method to keep smell down and heat up. The outer surface is an aluminum roofing paint- designed for waterproofing a flat roof- so yes, def water proof

Hope you keep us updated here as to function over the winter,
it will be very interesting to see how it works.
 
I keep thinking about this too....there was a house shaped like this where I lived in FLA.
Think it was FLA....can't really remember except we could see it in the distance all lit up at night and finally got up next to it...crazy!
