Finally getting the big coop built.

The corner of our big garden shed is becoming home to my 4 girls. Getting it cleaned out was the biggest challenge. We are only using chicken wire because nothing bigger than a snake can get in there.

Do you have snakes? cause they'll eat those eggs . Maybe a dumb question but better to think about that up front. Just a thought .

I'm sure there are. There are snakes everywhere. But if one gets in we'll deal with it then. They won't kill the hens and that's my bigger worry.
