Finally got an egg!

The little black silkie hen I got last weekend finally layed another egg. My laying hens ate the first one on Sunday.

She is now seperated with the Cuckoo rooster.
Should I leave it with her and see if she lays more and gets broody? She was sitting on it last night for a while. How long should I wait?
A neighbor is sending a batch of Guinea eggs to another friend with an incubator this Sunday, and I was thinking of just sending whatever eggs Lilly lays with her and see what happens. She was housed with five roos so it's anyones guess which one, if any, is the daddy.

I would let her collect a couple and see if she goes broody. She most likely will. Good Luck!

Yeah!! She layed another today, but now she's not sitting on them.
