By the way....welcome on board !!! And yes, better to have the 2 x 4 roost. I also have RIR and love the girls...PLUS SLW, GLW, SS, AMERAUCANAS, Some Banty Cochins and blue Silkies ! Also 2 Blk Jersey Giants, and 2 white, 5 Cucko Marans. I DON'T know where they all came from !! Love them all. Good luck and you'll learn tons of good info here,.
