We are in the process of building an 8x12 coop identical to yours.
We just had the lumber delivered yesterday.
They were out of the pre-primed plywood siding (still waiting for delivery), so we can't put up the walls yet.

I'm so glad you posted these pictures cuz I can get an idea of how mine will look.
