okay everyone! I finally got some good close ups of the chickies...still don't know what sex they are.....but hopefully soon! Anyone have any thoughts? And are they "brown"? "buff"?

Do you really think so? I was thinkin maybe #3 was cuz he's so colorful, but maybe that's not true in chickens? I have no idea I'm really new to this!! As long as I have at least one laying eggs i'm happy

in my non-proffesional opinion, I would say #1 and #2 are cockerels, and the color is red. Cute cochins you got there.

i have no idea as to the sex/breed but i thought the #1 pic is ADORABLE! s/he looks outraged! heh angry chicken! watch out! bWak!

#1 looks like one ticked off birdie. Looks reddish to me.
