Finally! I got my first egg!

I got my first egg yesterday, and today I got another one! So happy that I was almost speechless.

My pullets are almost 29 weeks old, and I didn't provide lights for them. I thought I wouldn't have any eggs until next spring.

I don't know which pullet laid this egg. Could it be the RIR?

The right one is the commercial egg I bought from BJ's a few days ago.

My egg's yolk looks much darker than the supermarket egg's.

I have to say that raising chickens is an addiction, and I can't wait for next spring to order more layers.
