Currently I have 400+ birds. I do hatch out a couple hundred or so chicks every year and of course around half are males. Luckily I have a buyer. I have been selling to this gal for many years. She does re-sell them but at least I don't have to feed them any longer. We have a bimonthly farm swap and she comes and gets the birds. Good luck and have fun...
He might enjoy them, once he sees how beautiful they are running around . My husband has adapted and loves to see roosters roaming the yard. If mine didn't fight for dominance, I'd keep them all.
