You can as long as it stays warm enough. Put a thermometer near the ground where they'll be. It should start at 95 degrees and can be dropped 5 degrees every week until they're fully feathered which is usually week 5. I would block the nest boxes for now so they don't get used to sleeping or doing their business in there. Let them in when they're closer to laying age. Say 16-20 weeks old? They'll enjoy a place to get away from the light too so if you can make sure at least one corner isn't red hot it should be good. That way they can choose their comfort more.
