That's a staggering amount of things for anyone to go through with chickens in one year! So sorry!

We just put a Cozy Coop radiant heater where a Silkie momma is taking care of the ones I hatched. She had a couple of broodies helping her, so that was fine, but when the other two left to go be broody elsewhere, that left a little silkie hen with about 40 chicks to herself.
If yours can handle the number of chicks, they shouldn't need anything else though.

I am so sorry about your tough journey with your chickens so far. Never feel wary to ask away on this forum!! Create as many threads as you need to in order to receive the answers you seek. Best of luck to you on your hatch! 
I would never be able to! I was getting a little sick of Phyllis alone who was broody for a few months.
