FINALLY! Lilly laid an egg!

My bantam Buff Cochin, Lilly, FINALLY laid her first egg.

I was out in the yard and kept wondering where Lilly was

...I only have 5 bantams. Well, sure enough, I peek into the coop window and she's in the nest box!!!!

Yay for Lilly! Now if the last slacker, Houdini- my Sebright, will step up to the plate, I will be happy

...the other two are only 2 months old.

Lilly was 7 months old on 9/23 so this was a long time coming!

Thats Brill Congrats to u. I can remember when my buff cochin layid her first egg she was making a right noise in the nest box. Its exciting getting your first eggs
