I have been reading this forum for years, and now that my hobby is getting more serious I figured it was time to make an account.
I am from the Charleston South Carolina area, and raise chickens as a hobby. I have cochins(large fowl),easter eggers,orloffs,salmon faverolles,and then one of several other breeds . Recently started working with an incubator ,so looking to get into other rare breeds as well as to hatch my current hen's eggs more reliably. I'm not interested in trying for perfect strains or show birds, I just like having interesting/pretty birds around.
