My hubby has been working every weekend on our coop in a race to finish before the girls outgrow the brooder. We bought the plans from My Pet Chicken and have been quite pleased with them and how the coop is looking. However, the maker of the plans was either 1) a master carpenter himself/herself or 2) overly optimistic concerning the amount of time needed to finish the project, as the plans stated this could easily be constructed in a "couple of days". We are on weekend 4 now. The framing is done, the roof is on and tonight after if cools off we're going to be out there after dark working on installing the hardware cloth. Luckily the girls are worth all this trouble. [IMG] I'll try to take some photos of the work in progress.
