Oh I could but I suck and did it one year and really depressed how many turkey eggs were not fertile and how many chicks died.

I have a incubator. I would then of course have to wait several days. I really don't think I am gonna keep the rir anyways. They are not laying at all hardly and my eggs are scarce. If I am paying to feed them. I better get more eggs then I have been. My ee is not laying at all. I will not get rid of her though. Her name is Betty you know black betty or the buff orp. I want more ee's though or true ones. We like their eggs best.

If your having a hard time getting your hens to lay you might consider evaluating their diets.
I agree that the pic of the egg your showing is infertile.

I added a pic to my previous post....take a look again please.

Why do they have white dots at all? I don't recall that in any store bought eggs I bought before owning my own chickens.

every egg has the white spot.

here's a pic of an infertile egg (posted by others) - note the strong white dot in the center, like yours have

here's a pic of a fertile egg. the white dot has gone translucent, leaving the outer ring looking like a donut, with a very faint center point (i guess that's where the bullseye part comes in, just realized this)

there is a center focus with an outer ring on all yolks, however, the bright white center fades

almost sure yours are infertile
