Finally, Run is Done (pic)

OK, don't laugh, we only have 2 girls but hope to have more in the spring--we'll need bigger coop!

DH built the run. coop will be inside the run, but it's rained so much we can't move it over the muddy ground.

Stuck the kennel in there for now and the poor birds sat in it all day and didn't come out! 2 years old and never had a run before so we adopted them, guess they didn't know what to do! Maybe they're in shock Anybody have birds that didn't go in the run??

Winnie, maybe if you put their food out in the run, they wouldn't be so 'chicken' about going outside.

I have 1 special needs chicken and 2 younger EE mixes that hang out in the coop most of the day. They are scared of the other chickens. They do venture every so often though. Yours might just need time to gather their courage!

I wanted Hex signs for my run also and stopped in a little store along 81 on our way up to Cabellas one weekend and bought 3
