Second egg today! It's a bit pinker and bigger, 42.6 grams.
I was going to make an egg sandwich this morning, but when I held that little thing in my hand, I laughed, lol. I decided to wait for the second one. It was the most expensive egg sandwich I have ever eaten, lol! The shells were strong and the yolks were firm.
