Finally starting my walk in coop. Want to follow?

It can be made into an article once you have all the questions answered.
Most peeps won't see it if it was an article instead of a thread.
Agrees... wait until coop is done, and used for a time, before making an article.
Progress pics, questions, and discussion is much easier in a thread.

I warned you it would be slow.
Yeow, my yard is a mess!
Notice only beams left standing are the ones holding up the roof cover. We took down the others first of all because I decided to leave that half uncovered except of course the hardware cloth protection.the covered end is where food and water are positioned. The second reason is so I don't have to spend more money on more beams for the coop support. The ground has been broken and begun to be leveled. Of course, besides the physical and health restraints, we are going to be slowed by the coming rains.:he
Nevertheless it is happening.:yesss:

I think this weekend I'm going to roll up the plastic. Just hope we don't get a rogue snow storm. :fl

Good vinyl flooring probably costs more than blackjack.
I assume vinyl, don't think linoleum comes in rolls.

How big is the floor there...~8x12'?
:woot
It is 8X12 but with the walls up it will be 7X11. I am sooo excited!
I don't know vinyl from linoleum LOL.
I'm keeping my eyes open for a roll of "whatever that stuff is" in the off-cuts section. Couple years ago I got a roll big enough to floor my half bath and my laundry room for $30. Ya just gotta keep checking. This time of year is prime for home repairs so there are lots of lumber type off-cuts and flooring scraps .
