Also I want to add, your duckling could have been injured while in the mail, sometimes they aren't handled too well through transit and can be stepped on by the other ducklings so it may not have been Mc Murrays fault at all. Not that this helps but I really can't believe that a hatchery would on purpose send an injured or disabled duckling. And i don't really care for hatcheries.
