I've had my red stars for like 2 months, maybe more, and they hadn't laid a thing. My seramas on the other hand, didn't waste any time and one started laying the week after i got her. BUT today i go to feed my red stars and i found a big brown egg!!!! It looks HUGE compared to my itty bitty serama eggs but i compared it to a store bought extra large egg and they are the same size. Im sooo excited!
And it closed everyone's mouth that insisted i needed a rooster for them to lay (i have 2 hens)!
