Congratulations! I don't even keep my chickens for the eggs (just a bonus, they're mostly pets), but even I get excited when mine start laying!

Eggs from one's own happy, healthy chickens are so satisfying!

Today I got four eggs!!!

OMG!! Plus 3 or 4 more hens and pullets have been checking out the nesting boxes. Maybe just maybe I'll have at least 6 layers sooner than I think.
