After months and months of coop designs, ideas, brainstorming, and what not I have started the coop. Today (with the help of mt oldest son) we got all of the structural framing done on the coop. We ended up taken a Purina design that was posted on the forum and tweaking it (Make it bigger and add some more ventilation). So introducing my first attempt at building anything more then a couple of shelves for the house, here are the pictures of the soon to be finished AAA Coop.

Please I will gladly take any critiques......

Lordy, that's MUCH better than MY first coop!

Mine turned out a wee bit wonky but the chickens don't care. They don't mind the pink-ish paint job, either. I am so proud of what I built that I'm building a second coop. Well, third coop, because I also bought a kit coop. The experiences from both those construction jobs taught me a lot.

I hope my third, newest coop will start out as nicely as is yours!

Any updated photos? What size is this going to be? I plan on making a few of these myself.
