You're overcomplicating it lol You put it in a bowl so half of the bowl is still empty then when the bowl is full then you know its "roughly" doubled in size lol

Have different shoes and clothes for your flock that are separate from the ones you wear when you're working, wash your hand a lot, wear mask (maybe), gloves, do boot scrubs/tire scrubs
