So many people have been discovered and made it big from TikTok and/or make a living off of there… it would be a shame to destroy it. and I don’t even use it anymore.

Trueeeeeee but so many of the tiny ones start on there and then get discovered. Although then again a lot of the tiny ones are also on YouTube, Twitter (I refuse to call it X LOL), Instagram, Facebook, etc. etc. and also get discovered there as well soooooooooo… I’ve discovered a lot of bands/artists through Twitter back in the day lol it’s harder now with the algorithms but yeah. So hopefully it won’t be too devastating like you said.

Yes it is actually getting banned. From what I understand the way it works is you will still be able to use the app but in the following days/week it will slowly start to become unusable
