That sounds pretty good.
Storey's Guide to Raising Chickens says that....

For bantams 1 rooster to 18-25 hens
Light Breeds 1 rooster to 12-20 hens
and Large breeds 1 rooster to 8-12 hens

2:20 roostern ratio is just about perfect. You could have more hens or a few less and it would still be OK.
