Finding chicks dead in the same place almost every single day

Hmm, could she be doing it by accident or?
From what I've seen she takes care of them 24/7 so I have no idea why she would trample them other than it being an accident, still though I don't want any of the three survivors dying so I'll let them know to ''kick her out'' if they notice her acting up

If you don't have a safe place to put them all you need to put the chicks inside where rats or snakes can't get to them.I'm not convinced the momma hens is doing this.

as I mentioned two times before, no predator can enter into their safe place.. we never had rats

If you're convinced nothings getting inside the pen that only leaves the mother hen's killing them in which case she needs to be moved..

Apparently your hen is better at hatching them than raising them.I would have never thought
