finding processors

I have 9 buff orp roosters I want to process. I have talked to local butchers, Tractor Supply, farms, etc. and can't find anyone who can do it locally. Any suggestions?? I really don't want to do it by myself

I wish you luck! You might try posting this in the "Where are you" section. Maybe you can find a BYC member who lives near you and would be willing to help you out.

Maybe put up an ad at one of the farm stores maybe a farmer who knows how will do it for you. Good luck

Check and see if there are any local amish or mennonites that may be intersted.

I live in Louisville, KY and will approach this problem next month. I got double the amount of chicks because they were straight run. (I think the guy snookered me and I have all roosters but it's still too soon for me to tell). Anyway, I know I will need someone to process them for me. As a child, I could not eat the ones my father culled out if I helped him. Know anyone local to me?
