finished antibiotics 2 days later sick again, another round of anitibiotics?

Can I give another round of antibiotics to my chicks after finishing 5 days of Tylan? After the third/forth day of Tylan all symptoms of respitory infections ceased. Now today (two days later after finishing 5 days of treatment) three out of four are showing signs of sneezing, lifting their heads while sleeping. There is one chick that didn't get better with Tylan. I would like to start another round, but this time .10cc twice a day for five days. I don't think they will make it without some type of help. I posted about them here

Any advice will be much appreciated.
