Fiona and her babies

So I learned from this that I should have minded my own business and let momma do her thing but lesson learned. So here is where I am at, I put one of her eggs in the incubator because she had left the nest but when I candled it was alive. Today is day 23 and out of no where it pretty much broke out of the egg the fastest I have seen and seems strong and will not stop chirping in which Fiona can hear because I sat the incubator near her. Now Fiona is non stop clucking and the all of the chicks including the new one are urgently peeping. Fiona seems very unsettled almost like she is calling it. Should I move the incubator so she can't hear until night when I try to slip it under her? Or do I leave it near her so she can hear the chick who is still wet?

How long ago did the other chicks hatch? Is she still sitting or has she taken them off the nest now?

The first chick hatched Tuesday evening, the second hatched Wednesday afternoon and then the new one today. Those were all the fertile eggs and she isn't sitting on eggs now but is still alone with her 2 babies in a small enclosure and nests with them at night in the original place they hatched. I sat the incubator up next to her I had very little hope it would hatch and the incubator wasn't acting quite right but here we are.

Ok so she's up and about with them during the day now. How active are they?

You haven't added a location to your profile so I have no idea what time it is where you are. If she's off the nest all day and the other chicks are already quite active you definitely need to wait until night to try putting the chick under her. What you do until then probably depends on how long a wait that is, and how agitated she seems.

What's the temperature in the area you have them in? If it's a small, warm space and she's still spending lots of time sitting on the chicks to keep them warm, you might be able to try giving her the chick as soon as it's fluffed up and able to get about a bit.

Are you able to lower the humidity in the incubator now it's hatched? That will help it fluff up faster.

Sorry this is my first forum and I didn't realize I missed the location. I am in Northeast Ohio it's 77 right now at 7:26 pm. It will be a low of 63 tonight so she will be on the nest at night she has been settling down and then the chicks disappear under her.
They are currently in the same small cozy corner of my garage where she has been the whole time. The other two chicks spend a lot of time under her wings but when they aren't they seem full of energy and curiosity. To be honest I gotta buy a new incubator when I checked it was about 70% I don't know how to lower it without opening the lid.
