I have to confess. It is I who has been pecking the eggs. I'm an egg-eater!

Blowing out the shells to save them for posterity.

I've been interested to figure out who is laying what egg. I think it might be helpful to know, especially in a small flock, who lays what - so to keep an eye out for problems?

Once the easter egger starts laying, and I know what everyone's eggs look like, I will obviously need to give this habit up. Either that, or get a bigger apartment!
