First broody hatch!!

Hatch wasn't due until tomorrow, but went down to check on them today and the broken shell had been pushed out of the nest. Found this cutie. Sisters are sitting on 6 eggs so 5 to go. Moved them to their own small coop with small run today. It was eventful, they were not happy to not be with the chick, but as soon as they were in with her they settled in and are back on the other 5 eggs and chick has settled under as well. They were on 4 silkie mix eggs and 2 either Australorp or Barred Rock eggs. Can't wait to see what I have down there tomorrow!
