First butchering White Rock and now Blue Andalusian -pic

Here is a pic of the blue andalusian I just did because it started crowing. Its the same age as the white rock and was butchered 6 days later at just under 10 weeks old. The andalusian was allowed to free range while the rock was penned the whole time. It did not dress out as nice but weighed in at 1.94lb. with the gizzard neck and liver. Just like the white rock. I figured these birds were light weight layers and I expected a much smaller bird than the white rock.
