First BYC pics of coop and flock

Here is some pics of my flock and some of my coop...windows still need trimmed out and coop needs painted but is done for the most part just need a dry weekend an some paint to finish her up..I have 3 rir's 5 sex-link ( 1 is a roo) and an unknown 8th hen that I got from a friend ..This year is my first for raising chickens and absolutly love it!!! we have been getting between 5-7 eggs a day but yesterday we had 10 ( 3 in mornin..5 at lunch and 2 more before dark)[....they also get spoiled and eat crabs...mealworms...fish...veggies and fruit.

much loved except the rooster...he turned on me 2x today...i kicked him pretty good into the fence...he may be soup soon.....will they still lay eggs without him? should i have a roo or not ?
