AAwwww! So cute!

My boys finally figured out their role, 12 of 14 eggs were strong last night. I won't have them long though, all sold. Need to start collecting another batch of eggs.

Need to hold back 4-6 babies for myself to select a couple girls from.

I bought a redwood cabinet incubator A Leahy favorite model. supposed to be the best for waterfowl. all the old timers have them. and thats probably the only way to buy one now a days. A little old lady who raises and shows silkie bantams had it in her basement and i was talking about how bad i needed one. She sold it to me for 300$ best money ive ever spent. Then me and my call duck partner David touchette went half on one for him. out of maryland. cost us 600$ we went half 300 each....just so he could afford one and hatch tons of calls with me. so far its working. BOOYA

Congrats J, we hatched about all we are going to for this year already. Have listed and sold all of the adults as well, just waiting to ship them out.

No one down this way has the nice cabinet bators, wish I could stumble across one to buy though. Nice find you got there.

I've also had amazing luck hatching Calls since I bought an old redwood incubator (not a Leahy exactly, but it was made by the same people, just a different brand name). Paid $300 for mine as well.
