They are coming out the wrong end again! WHY??????? I have them level, I turn them, what gives?????

They were hatching out of the pointy end. 2 have hatched, one is dead in the shell (how long is it safe to leave in there?) and I can't see anything else going on in the other 10 eggs. Hatch date was supposed to be Wednesday, but they hatched this morning. I'm debating the float test.
On an interesting note, white eggs "seem" to be better hatchers for us.
