Maybe I am being picky, but if you have not nailed down the plywood, I would turn the plywood the other way. Running across the floor joists instead of with them. I would also cut one of the middle 4 x 8 sheets in half and offset them. Too many seams matching up is never a good thing. Just throwing my 2 cents in. Other than that....wow...awesome coop..16 x 16 is huge!

I would however stagger the ply floor. You dont need to cut with your dimensions since ply is 4x8 and your 2 foot on center. It will look like this. Starting in lower left corner and moving clockwise.... 4x8 &4x8, 8x4 & 8x4, 4x8 & 4x8, 8x4 and 8x4.

PS. if you insulate the floor it is easier to do it now by tacking 1/2 inch hardware cloth to bottom of joist and laying in insulation (non vapor barrier) in between the joist. This versus climbing underneath later is a mistake i made once, lol
