I am unfamiliar with this unit. Is this yours?
If so, it is far different from my bators and my advice and/or sharing of my procedures my not apply.
It looks like an advance beginner unit (quality).
 
Regardless of incubator used, fresh air is as essential as proper humidity. You should be able to maintain proper humidity with air vents open. Consult the owner's manual for hatch instructions, but be aware that many incubator manuals recommend a humidity level during incubation that does not take into account differences in climate, elevation, and ambient temperature.

If your chick did indeed hatch three days early, then your incubator needs additional calibration before your next setting.
