Got my first two quail eggs on Sunday morning (I think it was laid saturday night). Then I got 2 more on Sunday night. Didn't get any on monday morning, so I think the first two were saturday night. Two of them laid at the same time, nice perfectly shaped eggs. They were 12 and 10g each. These are supposed to be jumbo cots from a seller on craigslist but they aren't so jumbo. I got 2 males in there with 6 hens, so once they all start laying for a good few weeks, I will try to incubate a set of them.
My jumbos from stellar and james marie are growing great. They are already surpassing the size of the batch mentioned above when I first got them at a supposed 3 weeks of age. And mine are only 1.5 weeks old!
