First day out!!!

Here's my daughters ducks on their first day out!



Was told one is a Mallard and the other is a Rouen. When I bought them I was told that they both were Rouens. Any ideas?

Here are two of my rouens.

They look to be about the same size now, if one was a rouen and one a mallard, the rouen would tower over the mallard I think.

Thank you MissusDee!!! They are about the same size. They do pretty good in with the chicks and am gonna try to let them out this weekend, supervised of course, by themselves. They are about 4 weeks old. I'm guessing that that's okay.

New to ducks.

They are Rouens and will be big'uns!

Just put them in our run by themselves. I think it's a little chilly here in Wisconsin this morning for the chicks, but from my understanding the ducks can handle it. Put some hay in a corner for them and they were happy to have it to themselves!! They even quacked a little today!!!
