First duck egg for breakfast

Our first duck eggs for breakfast. Even my husband said the duck eggs tasted better. (Two on left are duck, one on right is store bought chicken egg).

He may just come around to this duck thing.

Just wait until you bake with them they make every thing so fluffy!

What kind of ducks? We ate Indian runner eggs all spring until we lost one of the girls and let the other keep some eggs to set. Fed duck egg quiche to our friends It was delicious!

So far only our Magpie hen is laying. We have two Khaki Campbell hens, but they won't lay until November.
