I have recently found my first duck eggs. I would like to put them in the incubator to have a couple more ducklings. I'm not exactly sure how the whole process works. How soon after they hatch could I place them with the older ducks? Do they have to stay in the brooder as long?

You might wish to let the ducks brood and hatch the eggs. That way the ducklings are introduced into the flock as they grow and mature.

Ok cool thanks! I have just heard stories about ducks breaking the eggs.

Egg breaking is a consideration. Most often it starts when more than one hen is using the same nest. If you have just one hen using the nest in the picture I'd watch and let the duck do the job of incubating and raising the ducklings.

ok thank you! I'll keep a watch on them. I have 2 Pekin hens, a khaki hen, and a a khaki drake. I'm pretty excited to see how the ducklings turn out.
